Business Development Leader

We’re nortpoint.io – we’re building the mobile web universe – a universe of web applications which work beautifully on any device. We don’t create redundant functionalities or mobile apps that gather dust in app stores. We’re looking for a person who will give our sales process direction and will help develop our business strategy.


Location: Poznań

Your challenges

  • Establishing the direction of growth for nortpoint.io
  • Actively participating in sales and marketing activities as well as establishing the strategy for them
  • Supervising and implementing the sales plan
  • Responsibility for establishing and developing long-term relationships with clients
  • Mentoring, supporting and coordinating the sales team

Requirements

  • Experience with and courage for making decisions related to business development
  • Experience with and deep knowledge about the market and effectively selling software services
  • Ease of building new business relationships and a wide network in the industry
  • A brain full of ideas and a portfolio of achievements proving the effectiveness of their implementation
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take the initiative
  • Eagerness to co-create a company with a very high level of self-organisation
  • Readiness to make frequent business trips
  • Excellent English communication skills
